The Deity SF1 Directional Shark Fin Antenna is a wideband active RF antenna designed for reliable wireless performance in tough spectrum. Covering 470–960 MHz with a directional panel and ~60° optimal pickup angle, it delivers clean, focused reception for theatre, houses of worship, TV sets, festivals, and corporate events. Its IP54 weather-sealed, vented metal housing and pro 50 Ω BNC connectivity make it a robust choice for carts, distros, and low-loss coax runs.

Directional Pickup

The directional panel focuses reception where you point it and reduces off-axis noise. Keep line-of-sight, mount high, and space diversity antennas at least a wavelength; a quick walk-around helps map your reliable pickup zones before the show.

Dynamic Range

An OIP3 of 39 dBm helps preserve headroom and fidelity in crowded RF environments.

Gain & Power Control

Active RF Gain Circuitry

Dial in −9 dB to +21 dB in 1 dB steps to match measured cable loss instead of guessing. A red overload indicator warns of front-end saturation—back the gain down to maintain headroom.

Passive Operation

No DC bias available? The SF1 still performs as a passive panel with 6 dBi of gain.

Power Requirements

Accepts DC 12–16.8 V via bias from a receiver or RF distro; maximum draw 90 mA at 12 V.

Rugged, Weather-Sealed Design

IP54 rating with a vented, slotted panel lets wind pass through on exposed shoots, while the metal housing protects the electronics from the elements.

Mounting Options

Features a female ARRI 3/8-16 accessory mount with an anti-rotation solution, plus 3/8″ (~9.5 mm) and 5/8″ (~15.9 mm) thread options for common stands and hardware.
