SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Tiyana.in Customer Service Even though we are a website, and we function 24X7, recipient business hours are from 0900 to 2000 hours Monday to Saturday. All orders will be readied and dispatched within 2 working days of placement of order vide our preferred courier partners like FEDEX, BLUEDART, GATI.
Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 3-6 working days of payment. Shipments to most metro cities are delivered in 1-2 working days.
An SMS / Email will be sent to buyer automatically once the shipment has been picked up by preferred courier partner along with tracking number & link.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Tiyana takes pride in making sure the customer gets what he sees and sees what he expects. Each and every product of ours will be comprehensively tested and tried. On grounds of production deformities and shortcomings, the customer will be entitled to either a complete refund, or a no questions asked replacement.
On grounds of non-satisfaction of the customer, we will take the product back without any questions asked, provided we receive our material in uncompromised condition with complete package and accessories and provide the customer with a full value credit which he/she can redeem over our website. Customer must notify us about the same within 3 days of delivery of the product.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Return shipping charges will be on customer account.
Restocking fees will be charged to customer based on product and its return condition. Kindly contact our customer service for details.
*In case of COD orders, the shipping + COD charges are non-refundable.
CANCELLATION
Even though we do not have any discretions over orders being placed on our website by visitors, we do hold the eventual authority over fulfilling it. We might put an order on hold, or cancel it if it is deemed fraudulent or malicious, without liability.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on Website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded. Further, in case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details that may be requested for investigation of any illegal activity.

There are various payment options available on our website which the customer can use through secured payment gateway provided by Razorpay & CCAvenue.

We will not take a single rupee more than the final invoice amount from your banking account. If in case you find extra charges being taken from you on transactions from us, please get in touch with us, or with your bankers.
Our products are priced keeping in mind the product value and our expenses and costs. The prices you see over the website include cost of packaging and delivering the product to you in optimum condition, inclusive of applicable GST.

We might run promotions and offers on one or multiple products and different times. The price of the product is stagnant and promotional discounts and bundle offers may be provided if and when deemed appropriate and necessary. We are at discretion to discontinue or change a specific promotion or offer when we deem appropriate.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
User accounts and systems are managed internally by the system, and administered by us. If a user registers himself/herself via email, that email ID is an indefinite identifier for our system, meaning the user cannot change his/her email ID for the registered user. If in case the user has to change his email address, he has to get in touch with us via email and make a requisition for the same. All the other account related information can be altered once the user logs into his/her account.
Default dispatch is made to the address provided and for the convenience of yourself and us and all the parties in between, the user is expected to provide comprehensive postal address fully filled with House Number, Apartment Name (if any), Street name (if any), locality and Pin Code.
